Gurpreet Rai is an associate lawyer at Wilson Rasmussen LLP. Gurpreet’s practice focuses on real estate law and general corporate matters. She has also experience working in a variety of areas, including estate planning, estate administration, corporate and commercial.

Gurpreet obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023. During her studies, she was an active member of the Women and Law Society, A2J Club, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She also participated in the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. Before attending law school, Gurpreet completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University. She is fluent in English and Punjabi.

She is actively involved in her community as the Regional President of BC for the World Sikh Organization of Canada.
